• 1. Waiver and Release: I release and forever discharge and hold harmless I Love to Glean and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from my participation in I Love to Glean activities. I understand that this release includes any liability or claim against I Love to Glean with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from the services I provide to I Love to Glean or occurring while participating in I Love to Glean activities including, but not limited to, claims arising out of negligence or intentional conduct.
• 2. Insurance: Further, I understand that I Love to Glean does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability benefits or insurance of any nature in the event of injury, illness, death or damage to property.
• 3. I agree that any commodities I take will be for the personal consumption of myself and my family and will never be sold or bartered.
• 4. Photographic Release: I grant and convey to I Love to Glean all right, title and interest in any and all photographs, images, video or audio recordings or the likeness or voice made by I Love to Glean in connection with my involvement with I Love to Glean
• 5. I agree to socially distance and wear a mask when near others while at I Love to Glean functions.
